The new <strong>dining spot <\/strong>is managed by <strong>El S\u00f3tano S.L.<\/strong>, a joint venture between the prestigious restaurant group <strong>Folies<\/strong> and the <strong>OK Group, <\/strong>who own the premises through<strong> OK Properties Socimi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new space, located on Palma&#8217;s <strong>Calle Joan Mir\u00f3 250<\/strong> in the Balearic capital, next to the <strong>Belle Marivent Mediterranean Petit Hotel<\/strong>, offers hotel guests and the general public <strong>two exceptional environments<\/strong>: a carefully designed <strong>restaurant<\/strong> and a <strong><em>rooftop <\/em><\/strong>with a pool with stunning views over Palma Bay and the Marivent Palace gardens.<\/p>\n<p>On the one hand, <strong>El S\u00f3tano Restaurante <em>by Folies<\/em><\/strong> has been meticulously designed to offer a <strong>unique dining experience<\/strong>.
