After an <strong>exemplary career spanning<\/strong> more than 15 years<strong>, <\/strong>where he has held various responsibilities until his appointment as Deputy CEO of the global mobility platform, Iv\u00e1n Mel\u00e9ndez now <strong>assumes<\/strong> the <strong>leadership of the other OK Group business lines and industrial subsidiaries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This new appointment reflects the OK Group&#8217;s <strong>firm and determined commitment<\/strong> <strong>to enhancing<\/strong> both its <strong>current activities <\/strong>and <strong>entering new industrial sectors<\/strong> within the corporate holding. In addition to <strong>the OK Group&#8217;s financial and real estate initiatives<\/strong>, carried out through other companies including <strong>OK Ventures, OK Financial, OK Properties Socimi<\/strong>, <strong>led by Joaquim Moncl\u00fas, Chief Investment Officer<\/strong> of the <strong>Family Office<\/strong> of Othman Ktiri, the President&#8217;s <strong>entrepreneurial restlessness <\/strong>encourages him to <strong>explore and <\/strong>\u00a0<strong>develop new industrial activities. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Business CEO, Mel\u00e9ndez will continue to <strong>develop and grow<\/strong> the group&#8217;s <strong>current <\/strong>companies and subsidiaries in various sectors including <strong>logistics<\/strong> (<strong>Logic Auto<\/strong>), <strong>shipbuilding<\/strong> (<strong>Nauta<\/strong> <strong>Morgau<\/strong>), <strong>nautical<\/strong> (<strong>OK Yachts<\/strong>) and, more recently, <strong>catering<\/strong> (<strong>El S\u00f3tano<\/strong>). <strong>He will also analyse the feasibility of new projects<\/strong> that the OK Group is currently discussing. Mel\u00e9ndez will continue to be linked to OK Mobility as an advisor to the group&#8217;s global mobility platform.<\/p>\n<p>Ktiri has the <strong>upmost confidence in<\/strong> Mel\u00e9ndez, who has been a <strong>key figure in OK Mobility&#8217;s geographical expansion and current positioning<\/strong>, resulting in the company being present today in <strong>15 countries<\/strong>.
