OK Mobility Group has participated in the first round table discussion for the Tourism Emergency Plan organized by Inturea and Coachingpro. A round table discussion which, titled “The Transformation of professional in the tourism industry in the Covid era”, included the opinions of experts in HR. Isabel Gónzalez, Head of Training and Development in our business group took part, representing OK Mobility Group.
During her speech, Isabel Gonzalez shared her journey and the digital transformation processes that OK Mobility Group is undergoing in this new social and digital era. Alongside her were José María Subías, Director of Development and HR of Piñero Group, Rafael Ávila, Learning & Development Specialist in Iberostar, Raúl García, CEO and Founder of Aprende de Turismo, and Javier de Diego Rodríguez, Corporate & Career Services Director.
Núria Torres, HR Consultant and Director and Founder of Coachingpro was in charge of moderating the debate.
