OK Group incorporates a new flexible schedule which combines remote working with presential activity. This mixed system has been used at our central headquarters in Palma since the 1st of June.
After having carried out remote working since the State of Alarm declared by the Government began, we are now taking another step forward in implementing the flexible schedule that we have been applying for over three months, adapting it to the new social and digital era.
The aim is firstly to continue offering OK Team the greatest ease in balancing family and work life, and secondly, to continue guaranteeing their safety, seeking the greatest efficiency thanks to digitisation.
In this way, professionals at the central headquarters of the group forming part of the different business divisions which make up OK Group will be able to work in this new flexible schedule, being able to combine the two ways of working and adapt workdays to their personal needs.
