OK Rent a Car will be the official mobility provider of the Mallorca Open, after the agreement today between the two entities. The vehicle rental division of OK Group has become an official sponsor of the most important women’s tennis tournament in Spain, the only tennis event on natural grass, which will take place at the Santa Ponsa Country Club from the 17th to the 23rd of June.
In this way, OK Rent a Car will carry out all official transport of the international tournament, using its fleet of vehicles which will cover the transport of players and organisation during the event.
Félix Torralba, Executive Director of the Mallorca Open, shows his satisfaction with the agreement reached: “We are delighted to have the support of OK Rent a Car at the Mallorca Open 2019. Official transport is one of the elements of greatest importance for participants, and with OK Rent a Car we certainly have the best guarantees”.
In turn, Othman Ktiri, Executive President and Founder of OK Group, expressed the full commitment and support of the business group for women’s sports: “Forming part of the Mallorca Open signifies a step further in our desire to place value on women in sport, where we see the same values which represent our business group reflected. The Mallorca Open is the number one sports event in Spain exclusively for women, and the only tennis event of this category on natural grass, which in this edition will have notable figures such as Angelique Kerber, Belinda Bencic and Victoria Azarenka, the best final line-up in the history of the WTA International Series.
