OK Mobility Group, the business group specialized in global mobility has become a full member of the Alliance for Touristic Excellence, Exceltur. This means that our Founder and CEO, Othman Ktiri, shall become a new board member of this touristic lobby group, and he will share the know how that he has acquired in mobility and tourism, as well as his thoughts and contributions regarding how to respond to the new challenges that the industry is facing.
With almost 20 years of experience in the tourism and mobility industries, OK Mobility Group now joins the 33 most relevant companies in the whole tourism value chain which completes the Alliance for Touristic Excellence.
Its main touristic brand, OK Rent a Car, is leader of the vehicle hire sector at national level, occupying one of the top positions in Spain for holiday vehicle hire. It has more than 30 offices distributed across the main cities in Spain, Portugal and Italy and every year welcomes more than 2 million customers, representing more than 120 nationalities. The vast majority of these are tourists.
In their aim to become leaders in global mobility, the group’s vehicle hire division continues with their expansion plan to continue growing within countries in the Mediterranean arch, with the opening of new locations. Their slogan “From Majorca to the World” reflects their pronounced international forecast.
Their exclusive European automotive know-how allows OK Rent a Car to be the only European rent a car company to buy 100% of their fleet at risk without repurchase from brands (OEMs). OK Mobility Group commercializes tens of thousands of vehicles each year in more than 15 countries via their own distribution channels under the brand OK CARS. The fact that almost 2 of every 100 cars commercialized in Spain are made for OK Mobility Group demonstrates the fundamental role that tourism plays in the automotive industry.
