After OK Team’s gradual return to their OK Group headquarters in Palma, we have introduced the new flexible winter timetable which combines remote working with on-site activity, just like in summer.
This way, we continue making progress in our intention to establish working days which promote flexibility and work-life balance. For this, we have made our teams’ timetables even more flexible, offering them the possibility to adapt their working days to their individual needs.
On the other and with this mixed working system, we continue to guarantee the safety of all those working in our headquarters, applying a series of preventative and sanitary measures, such as social distancing, PPE provision, disinfection and cleaning of our offices and booking spaces for lunch in advance, among others.
