OK Group incorporates schedule flexibility to facilitate the work-life balance of OK Team

OK Group has decided to incorporate schedule flexibility as a measure to improve the work-life balance of the OK Team staff. This is a new formula of working flexibility with which we are taking one step further in our commitment to achieving a compromise between work and personal life, facilitating balance and joint responsibility.

From the month of March, the almost 200 people at the central headquarters of OK Group, located in Palma de Mallorca, will be able to use flexitime, a schedule organisation system which allows the start and end times of the working day to be adjusted. In this way, the members of OK Team can adapt their start and end times to suit them, within the established working day.

Specifically, we are granting this measure based on the performance of the team and in accordance with the latest studies carried out, which confirm that 70% of employees who positively rate the quality of their working environment state that they also have flexibility in the workday. This is a form of time management which has also demonstrated an improvement in terms of productivity and working atmosphere.
